Which model to choose
The card-only reader is the most affordable and works well where employees already carry passes. Fingerprint plus card is 1399 GEL and removes the possibility of one person clocking in for another. Face recognition models are 1499 GEL and work without contact.
How it connects
The terminal joins the network over TCP/IP and passes data straight to SmartHR. An administrator sees who has come in as it happens, with no separate download step.
Software with the terminal
Buying a terminal includes the base software free of charge, so attendance tracking works from day one. The full HR feature set is added with the licence.
