SmartHR is available through a monthly subscription. The licence costs $99 per month and includes all features with no limitations. If you would rather not pay monthly, the licence can also be bought outright.

The monthly subscription
The subscription costs $99 per month and includes all modules: schedules, leave, payroll calculation, reports and the employee self-service page. Updates are regular and are not charged separately.
Paying once instead
If you would rather not pay monthly, you can buy the licence outright: after that there is no monthly fee and the software stays yours. Contact us for that price.
Terminal prices
Card and biometric terminals start at 1099 GEL. The card-only reader is the most affordable, fingerprint plus card is 1399 GEL, and face recognition models are 1499 GEL. Buying a terminal includes the base software free of charge.
What the price includes
Support and training are free for the first three months, so getting the system running costs nothing extra. Where a company needs it, the software can also be adapted to its own requirements.
